2. For the Chicken Wings: Combine the flour, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl, then toss the wings in the flour mixture. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
3. Remove the wings from the oven and generously coat with the barbecue sauce. Return to the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
